2. Collection and processing of personal data

We only collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of a contact inquiry (e.g. name and e-mail address via the contact form). This data is used exclusively to process your request and is not passed on to third parties.

3. Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, the data entered (name, e-mail address, message) is processed to handle your request. Transmission and delivery is carried out via the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Resend processes the data on our behalf solely for the purpose of sending the e-mail. As Resend Inc. is based in the USA, a third country within the meaning of the GDPR, the data transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) as well as additionally concluded EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Your data will not be used for advertising purposes.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Hosting

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. In addition, servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) are used. When the website is accessed, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically stored in server log files. This data is technically necessary for the operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

Retention period: Server log files are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Requests submitted via the contact form (name, e-mail address, message) are retained for 6 months and then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation or an ongoing contractual relationship requires otherwise.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies for advertising purposes. Technically necessary cookies may be used that are required for the operation of the website.
